hi can anyone assist have some sleepers/timbering that i have already got in scale size ie already in mm example 50mm long ,6mm wide,2mm thick how do i put this into Templot that uses actual real life sizes, also sleepering at 25mm centers too,is it a case of converting the actual model dimension by the scale to give me the real size ,then do i use the figure,or is there a simpler way, also how do i alter a L/H turnout to a R/h turnout as i have forgotten, because my PC crashed sometime back and i'm only slowly getting back to the swing of it, regards Marc |

The s prefix tells Templot that you are entering the scale size instead of prototype full-size. There are several of these prefix letters -- click the ? help button at the top right of the dialog above for more information about these conversion factors. also how do I alter a L/H turnout to a R/H turnout as I have forgottenPress CTRL+H or CTRL+X keys. For a curved turnout, these produce different effects -- try it and see. That's the template > swap hand, or the template > invert handing menu item. regards, Martin. |
