I think F7 must be a hot-key in Linux or Wine because there is no difference in TDV to explain this. If you are using a laptop, what happens if you hold down or toggle the Fn key? Another way is to change the wiring slightly- there is a diagram in Scalefour Society digest 24.5.1, which I've used and it does work. Essentially, the farthest crossing is fed from either the stock rail/ blade/ closure rail leading to it, or from the near crossing, depending on which way the second switch is set. If you have a working copy of 091c you can leave it in place and use whichever version you prefer at any time. However, it is not recommended to reload .box files from TDV into 091c. No need to register, enter as a "guest", and use the mouse wheel to zoom. Note the mouse pointer isn't moved by the zooming. This is also how AutoCad works.
