Google this and you'll find what to do. It's a bit smelly, but the smell does go eventually. You'll need to practise with the amount of wool to vinegar otherwise you'll end up with mid-brown/yellow sleepers. I've not tried it with ply mind you. There is also a silver wood product on the market which does the same, without the smell. ...

Davids, Martins and Andy's data was so close it hurt() in lead length for a #6 but FT's seem to have a longer lead length. I suspect theirs is more inline with NMRA info than any specific prototype. As I am modeling the mid 40's in Virginia I tend to lean towards the AREA 1941 data more than anything else. ... need to find the drivers. According to the manual these are on the motherboard CD, which will create a driver disk on floppy. (Microsoft's idea of a joke.) You need to feed the floppy in when you boot the Vista disk, pressing F6 at some point. After that the recovery system should be able to see the raid array and fix it. Probably worth slipstreaming the raid drivers into the Vista disk using Nlite, but thats not an easy solution. I then changed to 2mmFS gauge using the gauge/scale selector and printed it. In both cases the Information Panel showed the correct gauge of 9mm and 9.42mm respectively. The printouts were identical. Does this mean that changing the gauge is not possible after a track template has been created? I thought from other reading that a change as simple as this was possible. Is the only way I can get a printout of a 2mm 9.42mm gauge straight by creating it as an original? So I thought I would pass on this tip for anyone having similar problems. An A3 inkjet is a very handy thing to have for Templot, and it prints superb quality photos too.
