Carlisle PSB would likely be in-charge of the C10 for shed access. I have not made use of the library facility in Templot, but I can see how this would be a much more sensible way of working than creating "new" templates for each piece of track. Track is a mixture of some SMP which I bought many years ago, with a new load of C&L. I'm using C&L plastic sleepers and chairs. the double slips are fun to make (not). Points I can usually knock up in about an hour or so. Track is laid on some 3mm foam underlay which I had left over from a bus restoration project, very good stuff, industrial quality lino underlay! I've already got most of the wiring in place as the layout was originally built using a mixture of Peco and Tillig, but i wasn't happy with either ...
