References to the current template now usually mean the currently selected background template, according to context. I would much prefer an HTML version so that each item can be made a clickable link to the full explanation, and the list easily searched in the browser (Ctrl+ F). ... over 3,000 unique users in all that time, and I still keep finding bugs which have been there from the beginning and no-one has ever mentioned. If background templates are hidden, you can still click on the empty space they would occupy and get their pop-up menu on the left. This makes no sense at all and must be utterly confusing to any beginner who stumbles across it. Fixed in the next program update. Better late than never. While I have been running Templot on an Apple Mac Book Pro 17" I still want a dedicated machine with two screens for that type of application. It is just so much easier. I would suggest that you don't use the virtual folders owned by Windows (such as "My Documents") for your Templot files (or for anything else for that matter) -- create your own folders for your stuff. In the straightcut switch (lower two pictures) the shiny tops run all the way to the tip, supporting the wheel along the full length of the planing. This is the way to identify switches in photos. If the open blade is shiny all the way to the tip, it is almost certainly a straightcut/joggled switch.
