I thought it might be FS160 but I get the feeling that some of the check rail gaps are finer than 0.5mm if the Code 40 rail has a 0.5mm head. But some really superb modelling- including the water under the bridges on Page 2 and 3 of the thread. I used FoxLingo in Firefox to do the translating- it gets close enough to get the gist of what's being said. The reason you are seeing it red is due to rounding effects -- your actual radius is below the limit by a small fraction of a mm, but it is rounded to the nearest mm for the display. Most top-brand ink-jets are very accurate when new. Not so laser printers -- and the heat tends to shrink the paper, increasing the error. Laser printers need careful calibration to get accurate templates. The chairs are usually glued using solvent using either ply or plastic timbering.
