The good news is that the 15.2mm 00-SF check rail gauge from C&L is equally applicable for standard 00 (DOGA Intermediate, 00-BF) and for NMRA H0. However, simply copying the turnout, changing the gauge to 28.35, aligning the datum pegs on the turnouts using the notch and then using Shift+ F11 to align the turnout centre-lines gives a perfect result! I see that you have set the gauge to 00/H0. That's not really intended for handbuilt track, unless you want to match Peco turnouts with the wide flangeways and bumpy running. Most 00 trackbuilders use 00-BF or 00-SF, according to which rolling stock you will be running.
