The no timbering option in the real menu is not there for convenience in working on the screen. It is intended only for aspects of the actual track design, for example inset tracks on a dockside. Having said that I'm as guilty as everyone else in using it occasionally simply for convenience. There is an option to apply those timbering design settings to a group of templates, see: 2_150456_310000000.png This modifies the group template(s) to match the current timbering settings on the control template.
