Templot with wine works fine for me and has done for a long time. There is also a PCLinuxOS forum with lots of friendly and helpful user's should you have a problem. You could try a live cd or USB version to see if it is what you want before deciding to install on a PC. I've just watched the latest video you made for Dafydd and it worked like a charm, including the keyboard shortcuts. The VLC video player works very well with your older videos (pre FBR) because it plays AVI format without a hitch, I don't think it plays nicely with FBR yet.
