(Unfortunately that means they won't work properly on a device which doesn't have Templot installed on it AND is not connected to the internet. You must have one or the other.) I created a system using a separate downloader executable which is part of Templot, and which uses small text-based SK5 data files to download and play (or replay previously downloaded) FBR videos in the Templot Video Player. The downloader also checks the MD5 hash to ensure the FBR file is not corrupted. It worked (and still works) great. In Firefox it is largely seamless. In other browsers it needs one extra click to open the linked SK5 file in the downloader. However, I got so fed up explaining this over and over again to users who didn't know what to do with SK5 files (just open them!), or where to find them on their system ...

As I understand it there are several different, but similar looking, versions about. I hope you'll post pictures of your progress. BTW I did have all of Waverley West end on Templot until my computer went wrong. I am re-doing it, based on the early 1970s track relaying. Previously I had it in bullhead pattern, which was wrong. I thought I would ask: what's the easiest way of producing a fan of sidings? Below is part of the plan for the fiddle yard, and I'll like to connect the sidings to the turnout already shown. The two shape lines are the extent of the space available, and the running line (top), is fixed in its radius and transition settings (this is just part of a larger plan). The turnout size and location can change; I'd like a minimum radius of around 1250mm. 499_080407_530000000.png I've included the box file. Thanks. The reason Templot doesn't show the bend radius for K-crossings is that I haven't got round to it yet. It's not as simple as it looks because of course a K-crossing is composed of two separate templates. It's not so very long ago that I introduced the proper knuckle bends showing on the V-crossings. Previously, and right from the start of Templot, I assumed users knew enough about track to know what they were doing and use the templates as a construction guide, not an actual drawing of a turnout, and make a proper radiused knuckle. The sharp bend mark was intended as an aid to locating the centre of the knuckle bend. In any event, it's not physically possible to make a bend in the rail as sharp as shown. After recently buying the LT Musuem's new Bachmann S-stock model and finding I had the same issues, it was time to abandon my previously adopted standards, so the decision was made to rebuild with the help of Templot templates, but to a standard that I could use that would not mean having to replace every wheel on each model I bought~ avoiding a costly and time-consuming option now that Jackson JR3 wheels are currently impossible to source. Rather than having a crossover on a transition curve, it is now straight, though it might look better as a Y, but not entirely sure how to achieve that at present, but for now it works to give the overall idea for figuring things out. I also have added a single slip at the left end. I followed the tutorial video best I could and *think* I've got it right, but I'm not convinced of that. Might have messed the single slip alignment up somewhere along the way, not entirely sure. the plan is for a traverser each end, and the 3 long parallel tracks are planned to be hidden underneath scenery and accessed from the traverser.
