I have done it in GOG-F 32mm as requested but you would get much better running, especially through the K-crossings, if you changed to 0-MF 31.5mm gauge. Excellent roller gauges are available from Debs of this parish. If you decide to change, do not use this template, ask me to create one for 0-MF. Diamonds and slips must be built on a template accurate to the gauge being used, because it changes the distance between the V-crossings. The PDF file attached below is for home printing on 5 sheets of A4 paper. Make sure you change to "no scaling, 100%" in your PDF reader program. You can check the accuracy by measuring the 150mm grid squares. Trim the pages to the red lines to fit them together. For best results use paper ...

As far as tightening the radius of the slip, I did juggle with this for ages so that I could get the longest wing rails for the crossings and check rails on the K-crossing. The resulting track work is to be used for an industrial type location where only 4 wheeled wagons and short wheelbase locomotives will be used. I am hoping the largest loco will be a Terrier or a P class, if they won't fit I will stick to 0-4 -0 tank locos. Mmmmm... that reminds me, I ought to go and look at the new Hattons Barclay! Cheers, Bryan. posted: 18 Oct 2017 15:02 from: Martin Wynne Hi Brian, You can adjust the check and wing rails much shorter than you have there. The trick is to shorten the flare length first, so that the rail length can then be shortened without losing the checking function. This is the absolute minimum Templot allows for a wing rail: 2_180947_240000000.png ...

Studying Photographs of Moretonhampstead I found that the Crossings had just 4 Chairs on the Guard Rails. It does however, require you to set these rectangles up in the correct positions on the trackpad in Templot, then every time you post a box file, also post the rectangle image files and the sk81 file that way the baseboards will appear without the need for the overall track plan image. Alternatively, I can set this up for you, but I would need some information (dimensions) regarding the distance from the outer (0 and 12ft length horizontal edges, and the (0 and 3ft length vertical edges) of the baseboards to the rails (either nearest rail to the edge, or track centre-lines). This would be required the rail distances from both vertical and horizontal edges to be defined. Of course, the ideal solution is a flat scanned plan image with the baseboard boundaries marked on it, plus the sk81 file to align it.
