... all of the features first. I guess I used only the basics of Templot and because I landed up doing a lot of rework, I have probably not done it the most efficient way. I couldn't for example get the move group to work properly so landed up moving my goods yard a template at a time many times as I moved it around the design. The issue that I have at the moment though is that I have managed to print out the background templates on my second attempt- my first produced nothing after 10 hours! but the background shape that I was working to has not printed. To be able to fully determine whether I have met my design aims, I need to see both the "original" and the trackplan on top of it and study it for a few weeks. Is there a way to get the background shape (picture) in my case printed? I thought I had clicked the right options but apparently not. At some stage I will also need to decide where to cut the design for transportation as ...

... for a while, but I thought that I would load the latest version and try out the new NLS mapping function. I tried to open Templot, but when it tried to check for the latest version, there was an error message "Sorry, unable to connect to the Templot website. Please check your internet connect and then try again." I restarted the computer, but with the same result. I then manually downloaded and installed version 2.15.d, but with the same result. This was on the laptop running Windows 10 home 64-bit version. I then tried to open Templot 2.13.a on the desktop computer, also running Windows 10 home 64-bit version, but get the same result. ... because using a previous inkjet printer, an Epson 820 Photo Printer, I was able to align these bang on and this has always amazed me. My current new printer is a Epson Stylus Photo PX710W. I have to add, this is after a fresh install of the software running 0.91c. Would appreciate any thoughts people may have on this, and whether I have Templot set correctly. Did check correct paper size, from a previous post, and this was A4. Hope someone can help. The layout itself is a small parcels depot and TMD based loosely in the location of Blackwell road in Carlisle and primarily serving the Cumbrian Coast Line circa 1974/5. Bottom most track is just a loop with holding sidings, the track above it exits to the hidden storage. The first point (C10) serves the TMD which features a two road shed, refueling road/ head-shunt and a siding (A7) for a couple of TTA wagons of diesel. I'd like to hear any comments and suggestions regarding tidying up the plan. And while I'm without doubt that the overall plan is highly unrealistic, I'd appreciate input as to anything I can do to increase realism overall. For instance ...
