I don't have access to the source code for the PDF engine, so I can't see why re-using a file name would cause any problem in the drawing routines. The only possibility is that the PDF virtual printer can't find or create the file. It's clear from the wording of that message that Chrome thinks it is a text file, despite the header clearly marking it as a binary attachment. I hope that is what you meant Martin. I've managed to space the rails out a bit more prototypically on the right hand side without losing much more radii on the curves and points. As for the slips go to Real -Timbering- Half diamond- slip, this is an automatic function (rails are not) for the timbers. 3 way is a manual operation but do it on the plan. For example check rails (guard rails) can now be easily adjusted by mouse action. And flat-bottom rails can be printed with the foot edge lines on the templates.
