... topic: 1046 Help wanted- Corfe Castle posted: 13 Feb 2010 17:34 from: Templot User -- --- from Neil Berrington -- --- I am struggling with Templot a tad. (I'm a biomechanical kind of fellow, so CAD design escapes my limited intellect) The time investment in learning the program is significant. Is there anyone who is able to produce a Templot file for me? (Lazy bugger that I am.) The tricky area is really the flow of the goods yard- almost tandem turnouts. Neil Berrington Canada posted: 13 Feb 2010 18:06 from: Paul Boyd Hi Neil Before anyone can offer help, there's two vital bits of info needed. Firstly, the easy one, which scale/gauge are you modelling in? The second- there's no scale on the map you posted. Do you have any known dimension to ...

... Make plain track, insert turnout, correct hand/facing, roam along, split to make plain track, rinse and repeat... The problem (as far as I can see) only came when making the crossover from the branch line of (5) that then had to link back the exit line of (6) into the branch line of (8). NB it was not actually "( 8 )" in the build sequence, it was about (3) or (4) but I buggered things up so had to delete the original. So my question really is that if making some formation that ties back into a previous stage of drawing, how do you do that? The lack of alignment between (8) and (9) is because I wanted to make (9) a gentle s-curve but couldn't change the RHS end without stuffing up the alingment at the LHS end... So that will sort itself out with a bit of hand-drawn correction :-) Thanks for all ...

... how to change it. The project title is also the title of your storage box. So first open the storage box by clicking the control> storage box menu item. Then on the storage box menus click the edit> box title... menu item. See the screen-shot below. A dialog then appears on which you can change the title to whatever you want. Do this after reloading your box data file, not before. Then save a new file containing the new title. Martin. ... Anyway, I can now scheme something for Richard based on BS-35R rail top (1.3/4" wide). The flangeway is still a mystery -- Peco 1.4mm flangeways scale up to only 1.1/4" which I suspect is under-scale for such contractor's railways. regards, Martin. posted: 10 Dec 2007 08:09 from: Richard Morton Hey there Simon and Martin thank you both for replying and to Simon for attempting to help explain what I'm trying I had a great post going but it buggered up and got lost so I'll re try. edit: Text and image removed at the request of the copyright owner. ... at the section gaps and connect the rear-side rails to the common return through isolation switches mounted under the boards. That way, if a short suddenly appears, I can separately isolate both rails to narrow down the potential causes. I doubt others would find this such a useful precaution (not everyone has Nickel-silver point rodding running under all the rails). But it is something of an insurance policy! ... systems that I have. I can run pretty much everything else. There are apparently players for iOS devices but I can't comment on their quality. With regard to using FBR for tutorials as long as you don't expand the video window past its original size they aren't too bad. Definitely gets the job done. The Quicktime version isn't any worse. Dave is correct in that it is adequate for purpose. If you don't mind suppling both versions it would solve some access issues. The problem with Crossover is a bit of a bugger though. It suggests there is something missing in regards to video codecs. Apples screen recording file type is .png. And naturally Quicktime for video. I would suggest that the image Dave sent is very enlarged. Regards, Matt M. posted: 6 Mar 2015 21:49 from: Matt M. Hi Martin, Apple desktop and laptop do support Flash.
