I think that it might be useful in another format, and maybe a monthly clinic type format, but I think a more productive use of time might be monthly webinars where you could demo features and give mini tutorials where us users could ask questions in real-time? or something similar, I know this has been discussed before. Normally questions on here get answered pretty quickly anyway, so the chatroom has no real advantage. The ones I have been in tend to have alot of superfluous chatter on and seem to distract users from the real topics.
