I would therefore, be most grateful if anyone can help with, or perhaps point me in the direction of, such information. I'm sure there must be something hidden away in some archive someplace or other. Brian, I've just had a quick dig around and found this enticing section of a 1950 plan http://www.warwickshirerailways.com/lms/lnwrbns_str1310a.htm Now, if you could find the original "lnwrbns_str1310" drawing then you might have something to work from at a decent size. Maybe contacting the web site owners might give you some indicators of what you can get. There are literally hundreds of pictures of the station on this site. BTW, I proposed to my late wife on this station many years ago pre-1964, just before boarding the Glasgow sleeper. It was a dark dump ...

... . How long would it take you to convert a Bachmann 9F to P4... Cheers, Brian posted: 17 Feb 2014 22:30 from: Jim S-W Why would you want to? The wheelbase is wrong. In fact you cant do a correct 9f unless it's in p4 as the flanges bind in the other 4mm scales. I get your point though. It's swings and roundabouts, build a 9f or research design and scratchbuild 7 scale miles of accurate overhead? Put that way steam locos seem quite enticing Cheers Jim posted: 18 Feb 2014 17:41 from: polybear Jim S-W wrote: Put that way steam locos seem quite enticing Cheers Jim Blimey Jim. ... with one broadband provider--Comcast. The phone company (Verizon) can't provide DSL to my home because it's too far from a substation. So I'm stuck with Comcast or slow dialup. I think I'd rather miss a few emails than go back to dialup. BTW, I have no long term contract with Comcast, so that is not the reason for not switching provders. There are no other providers of broadband in my municipality! Comcast pays each municipality for the privilege of having a monopoly, a monopoly tolerated to entice businesses like Comcast to come into a municipality and wire it with cable. Verizon is beginning to advertise a fiber optic network direct to your door, which should be available in our community in a year or two. Then everyone expects cable prices to drop from the competition. Both Comcast and Verizon offer TV, broadband internet, and telephone service. You can buy one, two or all three services. I'm not defending Comcast practices but they see a pattern from the hosting service that Martin uses that appears to be the ...

... around for the last 65 years. A really lovely family occasion, I feel a bit overwhelmed by all the attention. Just read this to Josie" who said we're only here because we're not allowed to go anywhere else....sharp sense of humour my youngest...I think? Here's a couple of pics This is our real reality, Babette on her phone, Josie talking to the cat because she prefers cats to humans, Jeanne cutting one of her creations open and Jonathan momentarily distracted from technology by the sight of something enticing to eat. 2787_161551_550000000.jpg And here's the same scene with all, barring me, trying to look human and the model family. No such thing exists in my experience but at least they all looked up and smiled when I requested it. And the raspberry and pistachio tart was excellent. I say "excellent"so as not to make you feel too bad at having missed out. 2787_161557_000000000.jpg Kind regards Andrew posted: 16 Apr 2020 21:49 from: Tony W Hi Andrew. Congratulations on today. ... is a group of settings followed by some info strings followed by some memo strings; I would guess the settings also have some structure within them- for example the date and time on 1010/1015 are probably both related to the same thing. However, the file sample has no structure to it- it is 'flat'. I would suggest that we adopt one of the existing file formats which have been designed for storing and transmitting data such as this. This would have the benefit of familiarity to any other developers we entice to join the project and also give us tools that we can use to process the files, for example viewers which understand the structure and can present it nicely. Although there are many such formats, I believe the requirements of representing structure and being readable narrows the list to relatively few. I have prepared a version of the example data in each of what I consider to be the main contenders. TOML (Tom's Obvious Minimal Language) The original INI file format fails to provide for structure. TOML is very similar, ...
