... be bonded together. Thread lockers are Methlyacrylate and are typically of lower bond strength to allow later separation if required. It tends to be slower to cure than Cyanoacrylate glues. I have two bottles purchased decades ago (Locktite UK) kept in a draw and they still work perfectly.
