The layout is a development of Coleford jnc on the Exeter to Barnstaple route where the Plymouth line diverged. See 2297_200928_040000000.png The up platform will occupy the space between the up main and the goods run round loop/goods line. I'm aware that catch points will need to be added between the double slip and single track Barnstaple line (top left). The curvature throughout on the main lines can be taken as 20 chains. I've checked the track centre dimensions on several close up period pictures of curved sections and the 47.5mm gap which you see between the platforms and through the double junction above appears to be similar. The main lines diverge at the Exeter (right hand) end of the formation to pass through a typical 3 arch stone bridge before entering a twin bore tunnel.
