Regardless- I do have a question, I have loaded a scanned image of a hand drawn route map as a background shape (thank you Martin for the clear and concise how-to's worked like a charm). I drew some track segments to get a feel of this next step, again went okay I think. Though when I try to save the file in the Background Shapes dialogue box under save all (or try and quit and use the save my work option) I get: 2941_071628_210000000.png So I just quit. Upon restarting Templot2 I restore my previous work and the track shows. If I reload (in background shapes box) the image a correctly scaled blank white page appears behind the track. Ideas on what I'm doing? I can load the background shape/map anew and it places perfectly behind the track.
