Also generate an STL file of that model and run it through Repetier-Host to see how it will come out on a filament printer after slicing. I can do that for you if you like. The extra web along the middle is to increase lateral stiffness in the switch area. It's only 0.3mm thick. Once the turnout is glued down it will be redundant. I'll either remove it or cover it with ballast.
