... , I was thinking of trying something along those lines. I really need to do a bit of experimenting but that requires more samples. At this point I'm confident enough with the whole cap concept to order more up. I've also come up with a way to put a thin layer of hot-melt glue on the top of the printed rails. That should make it possible to iron-on the rail caps (and remove them again too if necessary). Cheers!
