The most likely explanation is a firewall setting blocking TDV from accessing the internet. If the equipment is your own property you should be able to change the settings. If employer-provided, maybe not. Clearly your ISP is not blocking the Templot web site, or you would not be able to download the program. Anyone else seeing the same problem?
