The Y-turnout is tricky because it requires about 1:1.3, and Templot goes down only to 1:1.5. Even at 290mm radius (11.5") it still requires a bit more than 700mm over the straight. These turnouts are 9ftGWR+ 1:2.1 curviform. The Y-turnout is just a fudge: 2_040851_550000000.png It would all be a lot easier if Peter could go just a bit wider.
