Hi Gordon, The control template doesn't have a marker colour, or any memory of a group it came from, so there is no way those things can be retained when it is stored. Sorry. However, there is no need to recreate the group. You can update the settings for the template after storing it. Just click on it: 2_050637_350000000.png Then click the menu items or press V then M or C to show it in a marker colour. Also, if the group is still selected, you can press G to add it back to the current group. (That doesn't change the marker colour, which belongs to each background template separately -- templates can have different marker colours and still be grouped together.
