I do have DesignSparkMechanical, which is free software from RS Components (a big electronics distributor in the UK) intended for rapid prototyping for 3D printing. It declares itself "unlicensed" to open DXF files, but it is willing to save to DXF. So I can possibly extract the chairs from the above and get them into DXF.
