Templot will draw it for you on the templates: 2_061201_040000000.png real> platforms... menu item. For 16.2mm gauge, subtract half of the track gauge: 00-SF: 19mm- 8.1mm= 10.9mm from the running edge of the rail. For RTR models you might want to increase it a bit to allow for body-sway, axle end-float, etc. And for any curving of course.
