Attach it with rail joiners, hold it down flat, warm the end couple of inches of the rails with a soldering iron to soften the chairs. To set the plain track templates, first set 4-SF gauge, then real> plain track options> rail lengths and sleeper spacings... menu item: 2_061840_350000000.png Select the 60ft/26 sleepers option. That of course will be for jointed bullhead. Long-welded bullhead is extremely rare, even though that is what a yard length of Peco track is in effect. Over to you on whether you want to re-space the sleepers to match the rail joints on the templates. If not, for unjointed bullhead, select a custom slot, click the custom settings... button above.
