A photo or two of turnout building progress and in particular this new tiebar arrangement copied from Mike Norris with amendments from Howard Bolton. Seven out of the eight turnouts now have switches fitted and new unobtrusive tiebar installed as well and, because it's easy to do with servos topside, I've also connected them up to their switches and so far it's all looking good. 2_072054_010000000.jpg Below are few photos of the new tiebar during construction. I must say that I'm very enamoured with them so far: so much less obtrusive than the moving sleeper that I was using and not difficult to build.
