... all the lines in the file are exported contiguously, so creating polylines from them could be tricky. For example both ends of a timber are exported before the sides. But creating polylines from the rail edges should be doable. You can see the order of exported entities by importing Templot's DXF export back into the background shapes. If you click in the shapes list, you can run up and down the list by holding down the up-down arrow keys on the keyboard, and watch each entity being highlighted in red: 2_101618_410000000.png which may help you to see what's happening in the file. regards, Martin. posted: 10 Jan 2016 22:39 from: madscientist Currently I am working in Templot to create "chair markers" represented by primitive rectangle outlines on Templot's own output.
