... hopeless. The above was done by generating the Gcode file for the printer directly from Templot. For the switch blades the rail is easily flexible enough to build flexible switches, but there is no way it will be possible to print all the way to a knife edge. All this would have been a lot easier in 7mm/ft scale, but I wanted to discover the limits of the process. Also having only an 8" square work-bed on the printer means doing pointwork in 7mm scale will be a major jig-saw puzzle. But if anyone is looking for 2mm, I think it would have to be done in resin. cheers, ...
