Note the s prefix to enter model dimensions in mm: 2_151827_020000000.png The bottom 2 dimensions are used only to position the rail joint marks on the template. You can ignore them for the purpose of creating the geometry. What you do is start with a turnout of the required crossing angle (1 :5) and set out* the position of the required blunt nose -- I guessed 320mm overall from your photo.
