I don't think it's possible to lose the toolbars entirely, but if you have done they should reappear if you restart Templot normally without using your saved program preferences. I'm guessing that you have lost only the bottom row by inadvertently clicking the 1 row button. Having them all on one long row needs a wide-screen monitor. If you click the 2 rows button, they should come back. See: 2_171617_150000000.png If that doesn't explain it, please post a screenshot showing what you are seeing.
