... Wynne Hi Keith, Some test files for you. I have just tried again with my standard test image and all seems fine: 2_211651_230000000.png This is a scan of Crewkerne at 300dpi and 8 bit grey-scale. It scales to about 5 metres in 4mm scale. I put some track across it, and then tried exporting a PDF file. I set the PDF page size to 4800 x 1800 mm, and left the default 600 dpi resolution. The file created fine, and here it is in a PDF reader: 2_211651_250000003.png That's now my favourite PDF reader -- PDF XChange Viewer, free from: http://www.tracker-software.com/product/pdf-xchange-viewer (Note that this PDF at 4800mm long is too long for Adobe Reader to open, but most other PDF readers will open and print it.)
