On the next page, double-click on the relevant printer icon, to see this dialog appear: 2_271522_140000000.png If your computer has been crashing, there will probably be some unfinished pages listed there. Click the Printer> Cancel All Documents menu item. Then restart Windows and try again. If still no joy, the first thing to try would be to download the latest printer driver from the HP web site.
