... Panel> Windows Firewall On the left click: Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall Click the Change settings button. Click the Allow another program.. button. After a short while a list of programs will appear. The program you need to allow is called run Templot2 (it appears under R in the list, not T) By default it is located at: C:\TEMPLOT_DEV\templot_2.exe This is what the end setting should look like. For run Templot2 you need a tick in the Public column: 2_290737_120000000.png Alternatively you may have some other firewall installed as part of your anti-virus package which is blocking access. I have done what was suggested, have checked my Iobit Malware settings and also Avast anti-virus and changing settings makes no difference.
