I resaved my plan after selecting flatbottom rails and rebuilding it with the "Modify Group to Match" option. Afterwards I noticed some turnout timbers were missing and in some places extra rails had been added over the top of, but slightly different to, existing ones. The picture below should explain. A bug perchance?
