Changing to my Canon printer and it works fine, which would suggest a driver or software fault in the Dell printer. I've uploaded the latest drivers etc and it's made no difference, but trying to explain this to a 'tech support' person at Dell will be a waste of time. I might be able to think of something if it was entire templates, but odd rails within a single template just doesn't make sense. It could possibly be a timing issue in the spooler. Have you tried printing directly to the printer -- or did we try that last time?
