... the same in Templot2. There is a problem with 1-bit monochrome bitmaps. Now that Templot can handle PNG files I recommend that file format for all images and in 8-bit (256-colour) format. I've attached your file converted to 8-bit PNG. If you use that for your picture shape you should have no problems. Many thanks for reporting this.
