... "screen" is not a "window" per se since it does not have scroll bars, can not be resized, and does not have any clickable items in it. I think programmers call this a splash screen. About two seconds later the Windows error message comes up and the screen appears as in the attachment of my previous post. If I launch 91a, the Ready, Steady, Click screen comes up, replacing the Templot will be starting soon screen. Hope this helps.
