It's not difficult, but you need a bit of experience with Templot first. Here for example is a mixed-gauge curved crossover in P4 (without side-swap): gwr_mixed_night.png The box file for it is attached below (for Templot version 078e and later). I have 2 problems. On mine the 2 switch blades are 4 sleepers appart, and when I line up 1 crossing the other goes slightly out of allignment (may be due to the switches not being the same length)Any tips please posted: 15 Feb 2011 19:35 from ...

... K crossings of angles around 1:10 ,where the gauge lines cross, because Martin's rules imply these can't be fixed Ks. However having examined his example BG crossover I find he happily includes such fine fixed Ks. Hi Paul, The rules don't apply when the K-crossing is on one side only. The opposite rail is fully checked, and it is therefore impossible for a wheel-set to take the wrong path through the fixed K-crossing. See the long check rails opposite the K-crossing: gwr_mixed_print_a1.png regards, Martin. posted: 26 Nov 2010 14:47 from: PaulTownsend Excellent, Thanks for speedy answer Now you have pointed out it is obvious really!
