Hi Paul, Here's a preliminary try. paul_cjf1.png I shrunk the CJF plan to fit 11ft-6in x 9ft and moved the south station down towards the bottom right corner to regain some length for the eastern approach gradient. Assuming the south station is 50mm above the level of the north station, and the hidden main lines are 25mm below the level of the north station (giving a difference of 75mm= 60mm running clearance plus 15mm construction depth where track is directly above track), and allowing 400mm each end for the vertical curves: A to B branch gradient is ...
