I am new to this forum but I hope the photos on the link below may be of interest. The link covers various images taken during a trip out to Barrington Sidings in Cambs. The sidings were an interchange between the local Cement works and BR, Hitchin-Cambridge branch. I have linked the page once before on RMweb with regard to the rail built buffer stops but I hope others find the various formations, rail types and fixings of interest. I havent visited since the photos were taken but I believe all is still in situ. http://gallery17789.fotopic.net/c1254572.html Hope of interest, Steve W |

Hi Steve, Welcome to Templot Club. Many thanks for that. It's great to have some detail pics of industrial light FB (bent flares on check/wing rails). Someone was asking for exactly that only a few days ago, but I can't remember where. Anyone? Thanks again Steve. regards, Martin. |

Martin, thank you for the comments. I had viewed the forum this morning and had hoped I wasnt to cheeky posting the link. I have other track pics taken when traveling around, I will try to post more. The Barrington site is quite incredible with the amount of items being used... took the pics on my return home from the Cambridge Model Railway exhibition. Regards Steve W |

Thanks for those, Steve. It wasn't me that was asking, but one of my projects involves FB rail. The close-up photos of the crossing and switch are really useful. By the way, is that a Barrington Slip in there |
