Peco have announced that new in this range for 2018 will be the long diamond-crossing, single and double slips. Matching their existing Streamline 12-degree footprints (1:4.7 crossing angle). Also saying plans in place for the curved turnouts and medium-rad turnouts. Martin. |

Hello Correspondence with Peco, spun off from topic topic 3196 _________ RE: Peco Individulay code 75 bullhead RAIL ? tabadvice <info@peco.co> To Rodney Hills Friday, January 26, 2018 10:12 AM Dear Mr Hills Thank you for your email We would probably release the rail at a later date, but at present as we are concentrating on adding further turnouts to this range, there are no plans to add individual rail chairs etc as separate components. Kind regards A Beard PECO Technical Advice Bureau -----Original Message----- From: Rodney Hills Sent: 25 January 2018 23:32 To: tabadvice Subject: Peco Individulay code 75 bullhead RAIL ? Dear Technical Advice Bureau, Individual components... Given that you now have code 75 bullhead readymade track and points in your 00 range.. A. Will the code 75 nickel-silver bullhead rail section be available separately ? B. Will there be any new related Individulay bullhead track components for constructing one's own point & crossing work? Regards, Rodney Hills |

rodney_hills wrote: From PecoThat's interesting. I wonder why would they not release the rail now? It's not as if they would have to do any further development on it. Most likely their near term rail supply is fully committed to their track and turnout products and they don't think the market for the rail is very significant. |

Richard Spratt wrote: Has anyone created templates for the new pecorino offerings?Hi Richard, Templates having the same footprint for track planning in Templot can be downloaded from: topic 294 (Peco Large Radius Turnouts). Peco haven't yet published their own templates from which to update the timbering. Over to you to do that. If you have one of the turnouts to hand, you could scan it and post it here. cheers, Martin. |

mikewturner wrote: Hi guysHi Mike, The footprint is the same as for the existing Peco pointwork, so for track planning purposes you can use these templates: topic 294 Just switch the timbering off, if it distracts you. cheers, Martin. |
