Computer oddities

There is always a new mystery. On my system (and maybe yours), for no apparent reason one of the smilies on here went AWOL and couldn't be used:

After a Windows restart, it's back. I haven't the faintest idea where to look to explain that.

Anyone else seen this happen?

Since the last Windows 11 update I have found that Windows key + stop or comma no longer work properly. Windows + comma does not work at all, Windows + stop gives a small selection of emojis, nut you cannot get them into a Word or Thunderbird document by clicking on them.
