Templot5 version555a map clarity

Quick reply >
Hi Martin,
I think there might be a problem with the map clarity function.
I loaded 8 tiles ok:-

giving:-

then invoked map clarity with default parameters:-

with the result :-

in Templot2 the same steps gave me:-

But at least it still works in Templot2, and you can then switch to Templot5.

Sorry I didnt find this sooner, but got diverted by the groupboxes problem.

Hi Martin,
addendum....
If I load tose 8 tiles in templot2, then switch to Templot5, then (having clicked maps 7 just added the mapname) click map clarity & using default parameters click go, it seems to work, and it works quicker, giving ;-

I think that implies it is the load procedure rather then the map clarity procedure that has a problem.
But at least load works in Templot2 and you have made the switch to and from Templot5 easy.

@Steve_Cornford

Thanks Steve.

There is still a lot of issues with image rendering in Lazarus. For example the library viewer is showing blank images. I noticed that about 5 minutes after uploading 555a. Always the way, like typos. We will get it all fixed eventually.

The easy switch is intentional, so that you can switch back to T2 at any time if such issues arise. Except for plug track, which is now T5-only to include ongoing developments.

cheers,

Martin.
