Hi All, I am in the middle of plotting templates for a complex formation, what is irritating is I cannot seem to be able to move the name labels of partial templates, as these are cluttering up areas where I need to do some fine work. I cannot highlight them other than using the particular number selection in the storage box, however, when I try to do something outside the storage box on the pad, the highlighting disappears. Can anyone please advise me how to deal with this annoying problem. Best regards. Brian Nicholls. |

Hi Brian All you need do is go to Pad>Hide Name Labels or press the End key and they will all disappear. Alan McMillan |

The labels will then highlight for clicking when the mouse pointer passes over them. Clicking the label highlights the partial template and displays its menu on the left. This works even if the labels have been turned off using the END key -- assuming you can remember where they are to pass the mouse over.  To move them quickly, click bat name label on the template's menu, which jumps them sideways by a fixed amount. If two labels are exactly superimposed, moving the first one in this way allows you to get at the one below. regards, Martin. |

I've only just found that if you group all the templates, then shift-left-click one, on the popup menu there is an arrange labels option. This allows one to arrange either in a row or a column - very useful! (also while grouped, one can also do move labels from the group menu.) |
