.....trackwork that is. I have done a search which has thrown up interlaced sleepers and links to photos of interlaced track, but is Templot capable of producing a gauntleted junction ? I was discussing the possibility of said junction with a friend the other evening, using Wymondham Junction as an example. Ian |

Gaunt turnouts will be available in a future upgrade: 2_191018_320000000.png  In the meantime gauntletted track can be created using partial templates. Of course Wymondham Junction also requires a gauntletting switch, which would have to be done as partial templates also. For those who are wondering, at Wymondham Junction the junction turnout consisted of a switch and a crossing separated by a long length of gauntletted track. This was done to bring the switch within the 350yd rodding limit from the signal box. There is a picture on one of the forums, but at present I can't find it. regards, Martin. |
