Dear all, Sorry for the dim question but I have been away from Templot for a while and have completely forgotten what the minimum radius is for a template. Is it the main road or the siding that gives it the minimum? attached is an image of a curved 2mmFS point.. Regards Tom 109_071154_180000000.png |

its_all_downhill wrote: Is it the main road or the siding that gives it the minimum?Hi Tom, It's the smallest radius anywhere in the template. That might be in the main road or in the diverging turnout road, depending on the direction of curving. In the case of the one in your screenshot it would be the radius in the turnout road. If you expand the information panel you can see all the various radii in detail. In the next Pug I have changed the wording to avoid possible misunderstandings: 2_071311_370000000.png regards, Martin. |

Martin Wynne wrote: its_all_downhill wrote:Does that also apply to templates that are blanked etc. Sometime I get a ridiculously small radius when fitting just a Vee for a 3way. Both templates that I'm overlaying aren't tighter than the minimum, but the fitted Vee is?Is it the main road or the siding that gives it the minimum?Hi Tom, |
