Hi Martin I have a diamond which consists of 2 templates and I wish to curve them as a pair to join with two other templates at each end. The curve will be through the main in each template. Is this possible please or do I have to fudge it by doing each half seperately? Cheers Phil |

Hi Phil, > I have a diamond which consists of 2 templates > and I wish to curve them as a pair. The curve will > be through the main in each template. Is this > possible please or do I have to fudge it by doing > each half seperately? You can change the curving in only one template at a time in Templot, otherwise the internal maths would get impossibly complex. But you don't need to "fudge" it -- Templot will usually do most of the work for you. Just remember to set the curving first before adding additional templates. Try this: 1. delete or wipe one of the half-diamonds. 2. delete or wipe the other one to current. 3. set the required curving radius in it (F6 or direct entry). 4. - tools > make diamond-crossing - menu item. 5. - control > store & background - menu item. regards, Martin. |
