nullHello Martin, I have done a fresh install of the latest version of Templot but don't get a proper desktop icon.I just end up with a plain text icon instead.I suspect it may be due to not having any previous versions installed. I am running Templot on a Linux machine via Wine so maybe it is just a link thing. The icon is present on another machine that retains the previous versions. Thank You. Hi Trevor, The same thing happens with Wine on my Ubuntu system. Although in my case it doesn't need a restart, the icon updates when I click on it. I think we just have to accept a few foibles when using Wine. I'm always amazed at how well Templot runs under Crossover/Wine -- I have some other Windows programs which either won't run at all, or become very clunky. regards, Martin. |
